Successful Futures
The Successful Futures program is offered free of charge to all pregnant women and parents with children from birth to age six in Bay County. It is dedicated to helping children start on the road to success by connecting parents with information, resources, and services that aid in the physical, emotional, and educational development of children. Services available through Successful Futures include:Parenting Newsletters-Addressing common issues in a child's development from the second trimester through 36 months of age, these newsletters offer valuable tips on health and safety, parenting skills, community resources, and include comments from local professionals. Screening and Referral-A family home visitor is available to assess your needs and help you get connected with the various programs and services that Bay County has to offer.Home Visits- A nurse and family home visitor are available to answer your questions and provide you with tips and tools for caring for your child such as: breast feeding, nutrition, health and development, parenting skills, and conflict resolution.
