Bay-Arenac ISD First in the Nation to be awarded North Central Accreditation

Bay-Arenac ISD was granted District Accreditation as an Educational Service Agency by the AdvancED Accreditation Commission, the national commission that confers the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI) accreditation seal. District Accreditation for Educational Service Agencies is a rigorous process that focuses the entire system on the primary goal of creating lifelong learners.

What this means for Bay-Arenac ISD is that all programs meet high quality standards, implement a continuous process of improvement, and engage in quality assurance through internal and external review. Bay-Arenac ISD's accreditation is for a five-year term with regular monitoring of progress and reporting occurring during the term.
