This 16 hour course including exam is the most efficient way to get certified in the restaurant industry standard for safety education. This certification is recognized by the Michigan Department of Agriculture as meeting all the Food Code of 2000 requirements, including local health department mandates. Upon completion, you will be able to protect customers against food-borne illness outbreaks which will minimize liability risks, and improve food quality. This is a 16 hour course that meets 4 nights a week for 2 weeks and is recognized by the Michigan and the National restaurant association. Classes will Meet October 4 - 14, 2010.

Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Starting Tuesday, September 7, 2010, registrations will be taken Monday - Thursday from 1:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Registrations will NOT be taken on Fridays.
