Starting Strong

Starting Strong provides services to all families in Bay and Arenac counties with a child between the ages of birth to five. The services include interactive playgroups, home visiting, family enrichment activities, Book-A-Ware parties, and monthly newsletters to families enrolled in the Imagination Library program.

Imagination Library

The Imagination Library is a program aimed at preparing children to be ready for school by providing a free, high quality, age-appropriate hard cover book by mail every month for all children from birth to age five who reside in Bay or Arenac County.
