(Most sites place a maximum of 35 on the number of student participants to ensure maximum interaction. Once you decide on the fieldtrip, you will be notified of the number of trips you will need to schedule to accomodate the number of students you have.)

(Most sites provide pre-teaching materials and so you will want a four (4) week window to ensure that your students are prepared. Ex. Between the middle of March and the third week of April.)

(This time should NOT include travel time, only actual viewing time. Most fieldtrips are 45 minutes. Ex. Anytime in the a.m. between 9:10 - 11:30 a.m. or must have between 9:15 - 10:10 a.m.)
Upon receipt of your registration form, trip options will be forwarded for you to read. After you choose the fieldtrip, your fieldtrip will be scheduled based on the information you have provided on this form. You will receive a confirmation letter with the date and time of the trip as well as payment information.
