NEMCSA Early Head Start

Early Head Start is a federally-funded program for families with infants and toddlers and expectant parents. Its mission is to promote healthy and prenatal outcomes for pregnant women, enhance the development of very young children, and promote healthy family functioning. Home visiting services are available in Arenac and Bay Counties. A full-day full-year child care center for infants and toddlers is available in Bay City.
