“Fall into the Holidays” – |

Remember that a Bazaar and Harvest Luncheon will take place this Saturday, November 4th from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the BAISD Career Center. There will be area vendors, a white elephant sale, gourmet food items, and more! Proceeds from this event will benefit the Career Center’s student clubs. |

Just a reminder that next Monday, November 6th will be the next Board of Education work session. Staff is always welcome to attend. Our Board members enjoy seeing your smiling faces. |

Say Thanks – |

Just as a reminder, as we get all caught up in our busy daily activities we sometimes forget to say thanks to the people around us. These people might be the loved ones we live with or the people we work side by side with. Everyone likes to hear these two small words that mean so much. THANK YOU! |

Call a Parent – |
|
I would like to challenge our entire staff to call one of our students’ parents. It doesn’t matter if you are a teacher, a paraprofessional, an office professional, or a supervisor. Pick up the phone and call a parent. Tell that parent what a pleasure it is to have their son or daughter in our programs. We have a lot of great kids in our programs and it’s nice to tell their parents. So, challenge yourself to make that call!
If you feel really up to a challenge make two calls a week! Come on, you can do it. We will even pay for the call! |
