The amount does not include those who may have sent their contribution directly to the United Way office. Thank you to all of the people who donated their time and/or who contributed monetarily to the community through the United Way. Recruiting Highly
Qualified Staff – |
|
Why does the administration utilize Work Force Strategies (WSI) to post positions? Simply, it is a no-cost service WSI provides to BAISD and local districts who request such services. WSI is a staffing company. BAISD is an educational agency. The number of potential or qualified applicants WSI and other staffing companies reach in the labor market is greater than what we reach on our own. The administration’s goal is to recruit highly qualified applicants for our positions. WSI has assisted us in this endeavor. |

It is very helpful to our organization. To view the results of this survey, please click here. |
