My Tempo music therapy is a music experience for young children and their parent/caregiver who live in Bay and Arenac counties. Children of all abilities are welcome to explore music in a developmentally appropriate small group setting. Focus is on parent-child interaction and providing opportunities for growth in self-expression, social skills, communication, and self organization through successful music making. Each session includes singing, moving, listening, creating and playing.

“My boys love going to music class! Music is such an important part of development. It has helped my boys express themselves, build confidence, learn patience, foster creativity, come out of their shell and so much more! We are so thankful for the opportunity to attend such a wonderful group."  My Tempo Parent

“Our My Tempo experience has been nothing short of amazing! My daughter looks forward to each class and I have watched her grow in turn taking, color matching, and simple sign language. As a speech therapist, I am in awe at the power of music and rhythm and its ability to transform receptive and expressive language skills into a usable skill for toddlers.”   My Tempo parent
