Career Technical Programs

Programs vary depending on instructor and classroom availability.  We offer both semester and trimesters.  The two semesters are: Fall, which runs September to December and Winter, which runs January to May.  We also offer three trimesters, which are: September to November; November to February; and February to May.

Students may register for more than one program, as long as the nights and times do not conflict.  If a program runs two nights a week, students are expected to attend both nights.

Career Technical Training

Career Technical training programs offer students an opportunity to update or learn new skills in a variety of skill areas, including providing entry-level information and skill development in several occupational areas. Certificates of Completion are offered in several program areas that provide essential training related not only to basic knowledge levels in those program areas but prepare students for required state or other license or certification. Some of these programs include:

  • ARC Welding
  • TIG, MIG, Pipe Welding
  • Machine Trades
  • Medical Office Assistant
  • CNC Machinist
  • Fusion 360tm for Machinists (New for 16/17!)
