The Bay-Arenac ISD is soliciting proposals for a licensed and qualified roofing contractor to replace two roofs at BAISD. The first location is 4228 2 Mile Road, Bay City, MI 48732. The second location is 1435 West Center Road, Essexville, MI 48732. See specification included in this document.
The following Request for Proposal (RFP) is being provided to you for your consideration. To be considered, your Company must meet the qualifications and satisfy the requirements set forth in this RFP.

Completed proposals must be received at the address noted above by Monday, April 10 2023, at 1:00 p.m. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked “BID OR PROPOSAL” with a return address. Proposals submitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted. All proposals will be opened at the specified time (1:15 p.m.) and will be read aloud. The public is welcome to attend this bid opening. All proposals received after the date and time specified will be returned to the proposer unopened.

Request for Proposal - Carpet Replacement at Living and Learning Center – Bay Campus, Educational Service Center, and Career Center
The Bay-Arenac ISD is soliciting proposals from qualified vendor for carpet removal, disposal, labor,
materials, supplies and installation of new carpet tiles. The replacement will include:
- Carpet Tiles – chosen by the district
- Providing the trim/base removal and replacement
- Adhesive
- Basic floor patch, floor leveling, subfloor replacement/repair as needed
- Installing and removal of molding/transition/trim
- Removal and disposal of existing carpet tiles and cove base
Career Center – South Stairway 897 square feet
Educational Service Center – Special Education Itinerant area – 3034 square feet
LLC Bay Campus – multiple classrooms 9945 square feet

Request for Proposal - Parking Lot Resurfacing Living and Learning Center – Bay Campus
The Bay-Arenac ISD is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for:
Materials, labor and parking lot resurfacing for approximately 17,000 square feet. The job will
require
- Full depth mill to existing stone base
- Excavation and disposal of entire existing asphalt
- Grade and compact existing parting lot
- Installation of new asphalt 1.5 inches base asphalt
- Installation of 1.5 inches top asphalt

Request for Proposal - Adaptive Playground Equipment for Standish- Sterling Central Elementary MOCI Classroom
The Bay-Arenac ISD is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for:
A contract to provide materials for and manufacture adaptive playground equipment for Standish- Sterling Central Elementary including the ISD Special Education classroom- 3789 Wyatt Rd., Standish, MI 48658 with 5000 sq. ft to work with. Construction would need to start in June and be completed by August 18th.
