The Bay-Arenac ISD is soliciting proposals from qualified vendor for carpet removal, disposal, labor,
materials, supplies and installation of new carpet tiles. The replacement will include:
- Carpet Tiles – chosen by the district
- Providing the trim/base removal and replacement
- Adhesive
- Basic floor patch, floor leveling, subfloor replacement/repair as needed
- Installing and removal of molding/transition/trim
- Removal and disposal of existing carpet tiles and cove base
Career Center – South Stairway 897 square feet
Educational Service Center – Special Education Itinerant area – 3034 square feet
LLC Bay Campus – multiple classrooms 9945 square feet

Request for Proposal - Adaptive Playground Equipment for Standish- Sterling Central Elementary MOCI Classroom
The Bay-Arenac ISD is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for:
A contract to provide materials for and manufacture adaptive playground equipment for Standish- Sterling Central Elementary including the ISD Special Education classroom- 3789 Wyatt Rd., Standish, MI 48658 with 5000 sq. ft to work with. Construction would need to start in June and be completed by August 18th.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - Electronic Safety and Security Systems For Bay Arenac Intermediate School District
The Bay Arenac Intermediate School District (BAISD) is seeking bids and proposals for a new Electronic Safety and Security Systems.
Due per the Schedule of Events, the Owner will receive bid proposals for the project. The
Owner will not consider or accept a bid proposal received after the due date for bid proposal submission. The Owner is not responsible for any postal or delivery delays. No email, facsimile or other electronic bid proposals will be accepted. All bid proposals received after the due date will be returned by making them available to the respective Bidder, unopened, for said Bidder to pick-up at their sole cost and expense.

Two (2) “hard” copies and two (2) electronic copies on a USB “flash” drive of each complete proposal are to be submitted in sealed packaging, clearly marked: “ELECTRONIC SAFETY AND SECURITY SYSTEMS SEALED BID” for and shall be identified with the Bidder’s name and address and the date and time of the bid proposal opening. The Owner is not responsible for any postal or delivery delays. No email, facsimile or other electronic bid proposals will be accepted.
Proposals will be opened immediately following the due date of the proposals.
