PRESCHOOL Program options

Great Start to Readiness Program (GSRP)

Free for all families
Must be 4 years old by September 1 (early enrollment available for birthdays between Sept 2–Dec 1)
Full-day classes
Low student-to-teacher ratio
Meals provided daily (breakfast, lunch, and snacks)
Convenient classroom locations throughout Bay and Arenac counties

Head Start

Free for all qualifying families
Open to children 3 or 4 years old by September 1 (early enrollment available for birthdays between Sept 2–Dec 1)
Full-day classes
Low student-to-teacher ratio
Meals provided daily (breakfast, lunch, and snacks)
Strong emphasis on family involvement and community partnerships
Classrooms available in Bay City, Standish, and Sterling

Bay-Arenac ISD Career Center Preschool

Tuition-based: Only $100 per month
Must be 3 or 4 years old by September 1 (early enrollment available for birthdays between Sept 2–Dec 1)
Half-day sessions available (morning or afternoon)
Low student-to-teacher ratio
Located at the BAISD Career Center in Bay City
