Career Navigation
The BAISD employs two career navigators who are charged with assisting our local districts in meeting the Michigan Career Development Model. Their goal is to help the school districts create meaningful education development plans for each student to assist them in postsecondary and career planning. Part of the initiative is providing a program called Xello to assist in meeting these goals.
            Michigan Career Development Model
The Michigan Career Development Model (MI CDM) is designed to provide all students (K-12) in the Michigan Educational System with the necessary knowledge and skills for success in the career of their choice and lifelong learning.
